Since 1785, Antico Frantoio Trampolini has been carrying on the tradition of Umbrian extra virgin olive oil in the heart of Perugia-the last mill still operating within the cityʼs historic walls. True to our origins but always focused on innovation, over time we have combined artisanal wisdom with state-of-the-art technologies to ensure an oil with impeccable organoleptic qualities. Today, our mill uses an Alfa Laval X4 continuous cold cycle plant, with a production capacity of 20 quintals per hour – for an oil that combines authenticity, purity and quality.
