Here it coincides with the <em>D\u00eda de los Muertos, <\/em>a three-day festival when it is believed that spirits come back from the afterlife to spend some quality time with those they\u2019ve left behind. Oaxaca, close to the notorious party city of Acapulco, is one of the best places to come at this time of year. In the day time, people visit the graves of relatives to observe traditional rituals, pray and leave offerings. Halloween in the UK capital is always lively, with many bars and clubs throwing themed parties, and groups of trick-or-treaters wandering the streets. Visit the famous London Dungeon, one of London\u2019s top attractions, to hear macabre stories of Sweeney Todd the demon barber, Guy Fawkes, and plague doctors from the 17th century.
