Discovering relaxation whilst travelling can sometimes just require you to stop moving and listen to the sounds of nature. If surrounding yourself with the sounds of nature is an ideal way to rest your mind then an equally relaxing method is to watch the ever changing colours of sunrise and sunset to really add to the occasion.
