If the selected experience is no longer available or the recipient prefers something else, Tinggly allows them to exchange the experience for another one of equal or higher value, at no additional cost. Additionally, they can opt to convert their gift into Tinggly Value (store credit), which can be used to purchase any other experience or a hotel getaway on the platform.

• Service Fee for Bespoke Gifting – a 10% service fee, which can be paid upfront or monthly based solely on the gift cost (not on extras like branding or shipping).

• Optional Concierge Support – Need extra assistance? We offer:

• 5% concierge fee for priority email support

• 10% concierge fee for email + phone support

• Pay-As-You-Go Billing – You’re only charged for the gifts you order within the last 30 days, and you can pay by card or wire/bank transfer—whichever works best for your business.
