When you take this Idaho experience, be ready to get wet and have some fun. Two different routes are available - to begin with, the Helende is perfect for families with children aged upwards of 5. Plenty of bouncing around but nothing too challenging. Stop for a picnic lunch at some hot springs then take a dip in a watering hole before continuing your run.

The second option, which is for the adrenaline-hunters, is the Canyon route, featuring some big, big water. You’re going be thrown about in these rapids so hang on tight.
