  • RapidShuttle staff will do their best to track flights Arrivals for all Private Services. However, it's the Traveler responsibility to contact us and inform us of any delays, cancellations or flight changes. In addition, is the Traveler responsibility to let RapidShuttle's agents know if they are running late due, but not limited to Luggage, Costumes, and or Emigration Issues.
  • Guest is responsible to notify RapidShuttle for any delays. After the allocated waiting time, if no contact with the party, RapidShuttle reserves the right to record the trip as a No-Show by the Guest. No-Shows are Not Refundable.
  • Drivers are not allowed to collect payments onboard for the exception of tips. Any cash, or any other form payment made directly with the driver it will be considered tip/gratuities.
  • RapidShuttle is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • Collapsible wheelchairs/Scooter with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the Guest(s) is/are accompanied by someone who can assist them, board, disembark and disassemble/assemble the wheelchair/scooter. Please keep in mind that Wheelchairs/Scooters may not fit in a vehicle luggage compartment designated for 1-2 Passengers (Sedan), or 3-4 Passengers (Minivan). Due to the fact that Wheelchairs and or Scoters vary in Size, Shape, and Form. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to ensure that such items can fit on the selected vehicle and or passenger group. Due to liabilities, the driver is not allowed to assist in the disassembly/assembly of the wheelchair/scooter, nor assist the Guest(s) board or off-board the vehicle. RapidShuttle vehicles are Not equipped to provide Access/ADA services. In the event, that the wheelchair/scooter cannot fit in the baggage compartment, nor the Guest(s) have the ability to board the selected vehicle/service; RapidShuttle it will do their best to find an alternative service for the Guest(s) at their own costs. The Guest(s) understands that these costs will be in addition to their initial cost for the reservation. The Guest(s) as well understand that in the event that RapidShuttle's driver cannot accommodate the Guest(s) due to their own ability to board, and/or off-board the vehicle, and or the scooter or wheelchair cannot fit in the baggage compartment, RapidShuttle reserves the right not to issue a refund for the services.
  • Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, RapidShuttle reserves the right to hire a RapidShuttle Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner it will be limited to the Client's name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pickup/drop off information. In the event RapidShuttle sees the needs to use one of our Affiliate's and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, RapidShuttle it will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get services interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
  • Guests are responsible to ensure they have the proper safety gear when traveling with children. However, RapidShuttle, upon request will provide child seats for an additional fee.
  • Luggage information: Carry-on bags: Have a maximum size of 22 in x 18 in x 10 in (56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm), including handles, wheels, and side pockets. Also have a weight limit of 8kgs (or 17lbs.) Checked bags: Checked should have a maximum size of 62 linear in (length + width + depth) and a maximum weight of 23kgs. (or 50 lbs.) Bags that are overweight may incur additional charges or will not be allowed in the vehicle if it does not fit. Personal items: Personal items, such as purses, backpacks, and laptop bags, must fit under your seat or in your lap. They usually have a maximum size of 8 in x 18 in x 14 in. NOTICE: Inform the Tour Operator before you book your services, if you have extra luggage, and or oversized luggage, so the Tour Operator will suggest to you on the type of Product option you should select.
  • Luggage allowance, Extra/Oversize luggage or items: Your service includes only one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs. and one (1) carry-on up to 20 lbs. It's the customer's responsibility to (1) ensure the Product option they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform the Tou/Service Operator if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the Tour/Service Operator in regards these items; at the TourService Operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicles (if one is available) at the Customers expenses in order to to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items. Such fee should not be less than $15.00 per item nor over $25.00 per item.
  • In the event the Tour/Service Operator cannot accommodate the extra luggage, and or oversize-luggage, and or extra passengers that were not listed and or mentioned in the booking, the customer(s) have the option to either (1) request an addition vehicle from the Tour/Service Operator (if one is available) by making a new reservation and paid for the additional service/vehicle, (2) hire a third party to handle the additional luggage, oversize-luggage, and or extra customers. For safety, and or to prevent additional weight in the vehicle that will incur additional costs, the Tour/Service Operator reserves the right to refuse to carry the additional luggage, and or oversize-luggage, and or additional passengers that were not listed and or mentioned in the reservation. No refunds will be given for unused services.
  • To reduce liability: To ensure that all proper procedures with current bookings, or new bookings, and cancellation policies are followed, and in order to protect both the customer and the Tour Operator, the drivers, nor tour guides are allowed to make changes in existing bookings, nor make a new one. All changes, and new bookings are required to go through the Tour Operator by contacting them directly.
  • Curbside pickup from an Airport, or Cruise Port: After you collect all of your luggage, step outside your terminal (arrivals level), and go to the Passenger designated pickup zone. Once there, call (do not text, nor send emails) the Transfer or Tour Operator directly. Be ready to provide a terminal Number/Letter, Door Number (when one is available), or Pillar Number/Letter (when one is available). The Transfer nor the Tour Operator liable for Passenger No-Show due to failing to follow these procedures. No-shows are not refundable.
  • Meet and Greet (inside terminal) when available: After you collect your luggage, and go through Customs and Emigration, proceed to your terminal lobby pickup area. Every Airport procedure is different, please follow further instructions on your voucher. Your driver or tour guide will be waiting for you with a sign.
  • Pickup from any other locations: Be ready at your designated pickup location with 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
  • Always be sure that your phone is able to receive texts, calls in order to provide you with your driver´s, tour guide, and vehicle information.
  • The Transfer nor the Tour Operator will held liable for Passenger No-Show due to failing to follow these procedures. No-shows are not refundable.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
