Cedar RiverExplore the mouth of the Cedar River where it meets Lake Leelanau. This is a seldom-visited part of the lake that hosts a variety of wildlife including loons and bald eagles. This corner of the lake is also a great place to explore the history of Lake Leelanau and examine its former history as a logging area, examining the root structures of largely intact trees that were logged decades ago.
