  • We do not cater to infants on bikes as we do not charge for infants. It is your responsibility not to book this bike tour if you have an infant; or pay out of pocket for a bike that has a carrier at another bike location other than ours.
  • We will assign your bike rental time slot.
  • ATTENTION:If you have no idea of your Alcatraz time slot on the day of your event do not randomly show up at the pier. You will be turned away!
  • Children 12 and under are not welcome on our bikes.
  • You are expected to have a refundable $200 bike deposit per order to rent our bikes.
  • Guests will be sent a bike voucher. They will redeem this voucher for an available bike time slot. It is their duty to match this to allow for Alcatraz time slot. We will not refund because of time slots too close to their time slot. Make it work!
  • Refund will not be issued for guests who fail to book the bike voucher given to them.

  • All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.
  • This experience requires good weather.
    If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
