Jazz legend Todd Marcus is working with Pastor Harris to revitalize Pennsylvania Avenue. Together they have built an arts center, a public farm, a mediation and meeting center, and housing for women. They are halfway to heaven on building a 300 seat performance space for live Jazz on The Avenue.

Created in 1977 by artist James Earl Reid, the plinth was so controversial the Baltimore City Council refused to allow it, even after they voted to approve it.
