Mount Rushmore National MemorialThe Mount Rushmore Evening Lighting Ceremony is a patriotic, 45-minute program with a ranger presentation, a film about the monument, and the lighting of the sculpture. It also honors our military veterans. This special program runs nightly from May 29th through September 30th, featuring a ranger talk, a short film, and the illumination of the monument, with specific times shifting from 9 PM with 7:45PM Pickup Time (summer) to 8 PM with 6:45PM Pickup Time (late summer/fall) in 2026.
