It is very unique to meet a chocolate maker who starts from beans. In this interactive workshop, we will explore the different aspects of cocoa (historical matters, economics, sustainability) and everyone will build 4 personalized bars. As it is a vegan factory, we work on dark chocolate and will make you discover that dark chocolate can be sweet too!

During this workshop, you will understand the process of chocolate making from beans to bar and build you own bars.
That will include :
- History of chocolate
- Steps between the tree (Theobroma cacao) and the chocolate bar.
- Melting the chocolate
- Tempering the chocolate on a marble
- Filling the molds
- Degusting different cocoa on different forms : cocoa beans raw, roasted, bar, truffles.
