- Your first stop is the elegant town of Perast, a baroque masterpiece nestled at the water’s edge. With its historic stone palaces, sleepy charm, and sweeping views of the bay, Perast looks as if it were frozen in time. (pass by)
-
Our Lady of the RocksOur Lady of the Rocks, Montenegro’s most iconic island, built on a centuries-old legend of sailors and miracles. You’ll have a panoramic stop here to admire the church’s stunning location and learn the folklore that continues to captivate locals and visitors alike. It’s a deeply cultural and visually stunning part of the journey—perfect for history buffs and anyone in search of postcard-perfect moments.
-
BjelilaAs captured in the photo, the swim stop is located in a hidden corner of Tivat Bay, far from busy marinas and beaches. Here, the shoreline is rocky and rugged, the waters calm and clear, and the surroundings untouched by mass tourism. This is where nature whispers and time slows down. Drop anchor and swim off the boat into water that reflects the sky and surrounding mountains. Whether you prefer floating in silence or snorkeling through the shallows, this peaceful location offers a refreshing, private connection with nature. It’s not just a swim—it’s a rare moment of pure relaxation in one of Montenegro’s most scenic and authentic spots.
-
Stradioti Island is a true little hidden paradise inside the Bay of Boka. One of only three islands in whole of Montenegro, it offers total isolation from the big crowds. This gives you a singular chance to escape crowded places with loud music. The scent of the cypresses made the island an ideal place for tourism. Between 1962 and 1991, it was home to the Club Méditerranée “San Marco”. The resort offered 300 exotic Polynesian-style reed huts, some of which can still be seen on the island. Today the island is deserted. But if you are looking for dense forests and a hidden beach, you will find it here.
- Porto Montenegro, nestled in the heart of Boka Bay, stands as a magnificent testament to the seamless blend of history and modern luxury. This destination is far more than a typical marina; it is a vibrant symbol of opulence and cultural heritage, making it an essential visit for those exploring the luxurious side of Montenegro. Visitors to the marina can enjoy a leisurely walk along its docks, admiring the sophisticated architecture and the array of high-end shops. The marina is also home to a variety of dining establishments, offering everything from light snacks to gourmet meals, all with stunning views of lavish yachts and the tranquil sea. For those interested in the historical aspects, the marina hosts a maritime museum and provides access to a meticulously preserved Yugoslavian submarine. These attractions underscore the rich narrative of the area, bridging its historical significance with its contemporary allure. (pass by)
