Our first stop is at our place on Tierra Bomba Island. Here we will load the boat with cold drinks and snacks. Restrooms are available. We have a swimming pool and sauna you can use when we return from the trip. We will then cross the bay and enter Canal Del Dique. Along the way, we will stop in a community called Puerto Badel. Its a great place to go for a swim. Occasionally, we have had the opportunity to observe turtles, monkeys, and other wildlife. We visit a local farm further down the river, where you can purchase fresh fruit, rice, and other products. It's a great way to support these communities. We learn things such as how homes are constructed and how farmers process rice. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. We also visit the picturesque Bay of Baru. Our hosts will tailor the trip according to what you are interested in experiencing. Every trip is different and unique. Everyone who has joined us has fallen in love with this tour.

At this stop, we can stretch our legs and get to see how the local community lives. Our guide will treat you to a locally prepared lunch (included in the price) and you will be able to walk around the community and make new friends if you wish.

We return to our property on the island. If we have purchased items such as coconuts or mangoes or meat from a local farm we can barbecue or make fresh drinks depending on what we bring back with us
