Casela will be closed on the 25th December and on 1st January. The Big Cats Kingdom will be closed on the 24 December and 31 December. Big cats’ activities are not operational on Sundays.

Pickup is included when the purchase includes transfer.

Closed Shoes compulsory. This will allow you to go for other activities if you wish to.

Outside food not allowed in the park, except for baby/infant food.

Pregnant women are strongly advised not to take part in any extreme activities such as ziplines, quad bikes and any activity involving direct contact with predators. We recommend doing only the aviary and the safari tours

Be advised that some activities require a minimum age to participate. This is specified near the activity name.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
