Starting from fresh ingredients you will prepare a traditional Italian 3-course dinner, including a starter, a main course, and a traditional dessert. The menu changes every lesson depending on the season our Chef will create and share with you local recipes.
The course is followed by a dinner with the dishes you prepared in our wine cellar, with bottled water and Tuscany wine.
