Through this course we will introduce you to the world of homemade pasta. With us you will learn the ancient art of dough making and the main traditional preparations, from spaghetti to short pasta. You will thus learn to make timeless typical recipes.
We will teach you how to roll out the dough with the classic technique, completely manual, and through the use of the hand dough sheeter. We will also reveal the secrets to a perfect Sufo pasta dish. What you make with your own hands during the course, you can taste with the typical wines of the area around us, such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto.
Enter our home, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine and take it with you, once you return home, to amaze your guests!

We will reveal the techniques for creating traditional first courses so you can amaze your guests at home in a short time with simple recipes and vegetarian sauces to meet all needs and palates.
During the session we will accompany you with a local wine tasting to give that extra sparkle to make you feel at ease in our kitchen.
