We pick you up from your accommodation and take you to a real local market, where you shop for fresh ingredients with your chef, just like Moroccan families do every morning.
Back at the kitchen, you cook everything from scratch on a traditional Moroccan charcoal stove. A slow-cooked chicken tagine with preserved lemon and olives, two classic Moroccan salads, and fresh bread you knead and bake yourself. Your chef then walks you through the Moroccan tea ritual, one of the most beautiful hospitality traditions in the world.
You do not watch. You cook, you pour, and then you sit down and eat everything together at the table.
