We end half way down the Royal Mile, near John Knox house with plenty of options surrounding it for enjoying the rest of your evening.

GrassmarketWe spend some time eating in the historic Grassmarket, the centre of ancient Edinburgh's civic life. Here, we reveal a bit of the history and the strong links with the food and drink culture of Edinburgh.
- Wandering up here to continue our tour, stopping for some light bites and coffee on the most photographed street in Edinburgh! Some say it's the inspiration for Diagon Alley in Harry Potter? We're not so sure... (pass by)
- Edinburgh's main concert hall but how old is it really and what significance does it have to Edinburgh's food and drink? We have our first bite to eat and a drink here as well. (pass by)

John Knox House MuseumHere we end the tour with a visit to a couple of location, close to each other but matched by the quality of tradition food on offer. we'll make sure you go home well fed and watered as we try Cullen Skin (a traditional soup) Cranachan (a cream and fruit based desert) get a bit of whisky tasting going and, of course, haggis!
