Your gastronomic journey begins with a guided tour of the Micro Farm, where you can witness the cultivation of organic vegetables, fruits and top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Rest assured, all produce has been tested and proven to be 100% free from any chemical contamination. Following the tour, you'll arrive at the open-air kitchen, the stage for the day's main event - the seven-course Farm-to-Table menu. Each signature vegetable from the garden is transformed into a distinct starter or salad. For the main course, a harmonious blend of these signature vegetables with herbs and spices creates a balanced dish. The entire menu is thoughtfully paired with selected bottled white wine from a local vineyard.
The menu features starters such as Dakos salad (dry rusks with crushed tomato), Tzatziki, rolled aubergines with Feta cheese, zucchinis with tomatoes and onions, peppers with vinegar, and goat cheese with honey & cinnamon – all roasted in a traditional wood-burning oven. The main course is Briam (mixed seasonal vegetables), also prepared in the wood-burning oven. Extras include sourdough bread, bottled local white wine, and seasonal fresh fruits.
