Overview
Leave Rome in the late morning and get ready to reach the Roman countryside. Once in Borgo, a medieval village, you'll meet your sommelier guide, take a walk in a private cellar and learn all the secrets of wine processing.
Then, move to the restaurant to taste an Italian lunch including a selection of regional cheese, cut meat and Roman-style dishes. Each course will be paired with a fine regional wine selected by the chef in order to perfectly combine food and wines.
