We created the Tossa de Mar Half-Day Tour with this in mind. This excursion will teach about the history of the town, give you free time to wander, then have you back in Barcelona with plenty of time to spare.
Tossa is a coastal town adorned with a castle. The castle, known as Vila Vella, is emblematic of the town, and its upwards-curling walls are like something out of a movie. Feel the ancient stones under your fingers as your fun and experienced guide tells of medieval history, first-people civilizations, and local industry. In your free time, you’ll be able to pop into the shops or have a swim on the nearby beach.
To keep you fueled, bring your own food or grab a sandwich at the meeting point. When we return to Barcelona, you’ll be on time to sit and have some tapas.
