Each distillery and whisky is unique and their story from the source of the water through production and storage is fascinating. Marvel at the coopers constructing the wooden whisky barrels by hand and sample a range of local Speyside malt whiskies.
Due to the gradual reopening of visitor attractions, some of the venues, opening times and days available may be subject to change. Pre-booking will be essential in the majority of cases.

Cragganmore DistilleryCragganmore Distillery is only 15 minutes drive from Grantown. This is one of the few distilleries that is still giving tours of the distillery as well as their gift shop and tastings.

The Glenlivet DistilleryThe Glenlivet Distillery is currently opening it's gift shop and offering a range of tastings. Set in beautiful scenery near the Highland village of Tomintoul there are several locations near by that will be added on route.

Aberlour Distillery Brand HomeAberlour Distillery located in the lovely Speyside village of the same name. This distillery is offering tastings and visitor centre is open. Time can also be spent in the village visiting other shops and the near by Craigellachie bridge over the River Spey.

Glenfiddich DistilleryThe famous Glenfiddich Distillery in the heart of Speyside whisky country has opened it's visitor centre and limited tastings. Near by is the ancient, romantic Balvennie Castle and the Speyside Cooperage where one can see the coopers work their magic constructing the barrels for the whisky industry.
