Overview

your guide will pick you up from Portsaid port / hotel then you will go ahead to see the Giza pyramids and Sphinx, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, and experience camel-riding alongside the Giza pyramids with wonderful views of the pyramids Sahara desert. You will visit Pyramids of Choeps, Khafre and Menakaure. After visiting the Pyramids, you will have the opportunity to take photos at the plateau with the three Pyramids at your back ground. Driving down the plateau you will come at the feet of the Sphinx the guarding symbol of the Pyramids. Then you will visit khan el khalili and al Hakim mosque then enjoy your lunch
then you will be transferred back to the port/hotel.

  • Pyramids of Giza
    your guide will Pick you up from the port /hotel and then start your tour to The Giza Pyramid Complex, also called the Giza Necropolis which is the site on the Giza Plateau in Greater Cairo, Egypt . It includes the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure, along with their associated pyramid complexes and the Great Sphinx of Giza. All were built during the Fourth Dynasty of the Old Kingdom of Ancient Egypt. The site also includes several cemeteries and the remains of a workers village. The site is at the edges of the Western Desert, approximately 9 kilometers (5.6 mi) west of the Nile River in the city of Giza, and about 13 kilometers (8 mi) southwest of the city center of Cairo .
  • Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu)
    Cheops is the Greek name known in the history of King Khufu; the second pharaoh of the 4th dynasty of Ancient Egypt during the Old Kingdom Period. The 4th dynasty is considered to have been the ‘golden age’ of the Old Kingdom, largely because of the gigantic size and quality of the pyramids built during this time. Beginning with the pyramids the Khufu’s father, Sneferu, built at Dahshur, the 4th dynasty pyramids were larger and more refined than any others built before or after them.
  • Khafre's Pyramid
    The second largest pyramid at Giza and in Egypt was built for Khafre, the third pharaoh of the 4th Dynasty during the Old Kingdom Period of Ancient Egypt around 2540 BC. Khafre, also known in history by the Greek name Chephren, was the son of Khufu, who is the Great Pyramid and the grandson of Sneferu, another great builder of Ancient Egypt.
  • Pyramid of Menkaure
    The third and smallest of the great pyramids at Giza is credited to the pharaoh Menkaure (Mycerinus in Greek). It is thought to have been completed at the end of the 26th century BC. Menkaure, like the builders of the other pyramids at Giza, ruled Egypt during the 4th Dynasty during the Old Kingdom Period of Ancient Egypt.
