In this hands-on and interactive class, you'll delve into the art of crafting delectable dumplings.
Two different fillings will be demonstrated during the class: Traditional Pork & Cabbage Gyoza and Veggie. There will be an opportunity to try your hands at some knife skills to assist in the filling preparation process. The culinary adventure continues as you master the fundamentals of gyoza folding, exploring various fold types such as pleated and half moon using high quality store-bought dumpling wrappers. Elevate your cooking expertise with insider tips on steaming and pan-frying techniques, ensuring your dumplings are nothing short of perfection. Before sitting down to enjoy your creations, you will make a scratch dipping sauce using soy sauce, rice vinegar, and grated ginger.
When giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience during a booking process. Otherwise, you can choose one after checkout and voucher redemption.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Guests will work together in groups of 2 - 4 throughout the class, sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Outside drinks are not permitted. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.
