Highly trained chefs will welcome you respecting all safety measures and will explain you how to prepare a classy dinner.
After the presentation of the menu, you will be divided into groups of 12 people per Chef and you will start with the preparation of typical appetizers, first courses of fresh stuffed and traditional pasta, second courses of meat and unique desserts of our country all with your hands on.
Lots of tricks and secrets will open your mind. After that the tasting of the work done with good wine offered by the academy and to complete, the delivery of all the recipes made.
This service includes all the love for the Italian tradition and the feeling of family.
