Located just 2 blocks away from Bacalar’s famous 7 colours lagoon, our ice bath experience is the perfect activity for new and experienced wellness seekers who are looking to explore holistic practices and enjoy the benefits of breathwork and cold water exposure.
Sessions are held in a private courtyard, at a time that suits you. Our experience will last up to one hour, with a 30 minute guided breathwork session, followed by a cold water immersion, plus a somatic movement exercise to warm back up.
