The event will take place in central Florence at Formaggioteca Terroir, a cheese shop with more than 50 selected cheeses. In 2023 Formaggioteca Terroir won Best Cheese Bar at the Italian Cheese Awards.
Rebecca is a certified cheese taster (ONAF) and she'll meet you at Formaggioteca Terroir at noon. Rebecca will talk your through the Italian Cheese World with tales of many curious Italian cheeses, their history, and the various types. Learn what is characteristic of Italian cheese making. Finally, taste 5 different types of cheeses, made from different types of milk, different styles, and ages.
You'll also taste 2 delicious wines with your cheese tasting.
