  • Meriken Park
    You’ve seen Kobe Tower, right? Well, Kobe Tower is located in Meriken Park. Meriken Park is also home to a must-visit monument: the BE KOBE sign. This is the perfect spot for a photo with the Oriental Hotel and the beautiful Kobe waterfront as your backdrop. There's actually a lot more to tell about Meriken Park, but if I go into all the details, this description will get way too long. So, on this tour, I'll tell you the other stories about this place.!
  • Ikuta Shrine
    Ever wondered where the name Kobe comes from? In this tour, we will visit Ikuta Shrine, and you’ll find out where the "Kobe" came from! This shrine has been around since the year 300 AD and is one of Kobe’s most iconic landmarks. But remember, Ikuta Shrine is a place of worship, so if we visit, always be respectful of those who are praying!
  • Chinatown (Nankinmachi)
    Kobe is one of the few port cities opened during the Meiji Restoration era. Because of this, it became a settlement for many immigrants. For the Chinese immigrants, they established their homes along Nankinmachi, so as you walk down this street, you’ll see lot of Chinese-style buildings here!
  • Kitano Ijinkan-gai
    Kobe is one of the few port cities opened during the Meiji Restoration era. Because of this, it became a settlement for many immigrants. For the European immigrants, they established their homes along Kitano Road, so as you walk down this street, you’ll see European-style buildings. Oh, we'll also stop by the Starbucks on Kitano Road! The building is stunning and makes a great photo background, plus there’s an interesting story behind it!
  • Kobe Muslim Mosque
    Kobe's history as a port city is full of surprises. Did you know it has Japan's oldest mosque? Join me on this tour, and we'll go inside and see it for ourselves!
  • Ever wondered what it's like to walk through history? On this tour, we'll step back in time as we explore one of Japan's most historic shopping streets! (pass by)
