We will meet at an ancient church located at the heart of Tacuba; which history goes way back before the spanish arrived to America.
You’ll learn the secrets to crafting this sweet, aromatic bread from scratch. We'll cover everything from selecting the right ingredients to mastering the techniques of kneading, shaping, and baking. As you work, you’ll discover the significance of the unique elements that define Pan de Muerto, from its delicate orange and anise flavors to the symbolic bone-shaped decorations.
