Overview
Our local guides from the neighborhood will take you on a journey to discover all the most famous eateries. All the food arrived with our latin communities settling in Florida. Delicacies like empanadas, cuban coffee and pastelitos or cuban sandwich, but also some other Central American food we locally gave a twist and made it a Miami Fusion cuisine. We finish the tour with some freshly made churros.
The most cultured neighborhood in Miami, Little Havana is an experience that will stay engraved in your memory even after the first visit. You only have to choose the right people to introduce you to the important locals and indulge you in the unique local ways. We have access to stories, people and venues that nobody else does and will help you immerse in the community and feel like a local by the end of the tour. We visit a local gallery to meet and greet with a famous local artist ,as well as finish the tour in a local museum Cuba Ocho to see classical cuban art.

- Sugarcane or Mango juice - Depending on what is available on the given day or in season.
- Cuban Coffee Colada - Served on our most popular Ventanita (window shop) in the neighborhood. We will share a coffee as the locals do it.
- Empanada with Beef - You will taste an empanada in a whole in the wall spot known only to locals.
- Cuban Cigar Factory - Watch real life Cigar rollers who rolled over million cigars individually.
- Mojito - We are starting our tour with one of the best mojitos in Little Havana.
- Salpicon de Mariscos - Seafood tasting in a tapas size to introduce you to local Cuban style seafood
- Big Papa's guayabera store - learn about the cuban style fashion and the history of it.
- Local Art Gallery of Cuban artist Rafael de Armas
- Churros dessert - we finish the tour on a sweet note.
- Cuban Sandwich - Local Miami version of a cuban sandwich in family owned restaurant.
- Guava and Cheese Pastry - tasting in a local family owned bakery of a Cuban immigrant family.

Meeting point
The tour guide will be IN FRONT of the restaurant La Taverna Calle Ocho 15 MIN before the tour start. Late participants will not be accepted on the tour. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You can park for 3 hours only on street, but if you want to extend, just wait until session expires and start a new one.

Right after the first food tasting our guides will take you to meet a Cuban born, but now local Miami Artist. Here we will learn about cuban art community and how a lot of artists find their way to the USA and create here. In this store all the stuff that are sold are made by the family members of this family. You will see a spot that later after the tour you can stop by and get some authentic creations as gifts to yourself or someone else.

Meeting BIG PAPA and learning the story of the guayabera shirts that originated in Cuba is a must have experience in Little Havana. He gives a fun presentation of the history of the shirt and how to best utilize it. In our community Big Papa is one of our most famous vendors of cuban inspired apparel.

Our tour guide will take you to a local and family owned cigar factory where you will see real Cuban rollers make authentic cuban style cigars. It is the only lady owned cigar factory in Little Havana. This place is the only one where all the cigars being sold are produced in the store. You will have a chance to take pictures and videos of them making different varieties of cigars. These rollers and store were included in many movies and music videos of artist such as Pitbull and manny others. Our guides will teach you about the history of the tobacco industry and how it evolved until today. You will also learn how to choose your cigars or possibly buy some gifts for your friends.

Tower TheaterAn Art Deco Design Theater build in 1926. It represented an architectural perfection in its glorious days and it remains a historical landmark of the neighborhood.

Domino ParkOur Guide will explain the history and cultural significance of the Domino park to the Cuban-American community.

Bay of Pigs MonumentOur guides will share the story of the people who fought and gave their life in the Bay of Pigs in 1961, trying to liberate the Cuban people from an oppressive government. Often times, we get to meet and greet with some of the veterans on the street. This is one of the most critical points of Castro's dictatorial rule and a must learn topic if you want to know the cuban story.

Havana RoosterTowards the end of the tour our group goes to the Rooster Alley, so we can learn about the significance of the roosters in the Cuban and latino culture. The whole neighborhood is full of roosters, created by a lot of local artists. The Rooster Alley is sponsored by one of our local entrepreneur, who donated his backyard and alley to over 25 local artist to create art to beautify the neighborhood.

Calle OchoThe group will take a walk up and down the Calle Ocho ( 8th Street ) in Little Havana to learn about the Cuban Community and the other communities that live in the neighborhood. Our local expert guides who live in the area will indulge you in the stories and daily rituals of all the residents.
