It's a naturally vegan recipe. I choose the seasonal vegetables in the local market to make the toppings with.
The ingredients for the salad and fruit desert will also be bought at Ruzafa market. In the summer we can make sorbets and fruit salads, in the winter fruit puddings. This experience is a joy to the senses and an insight into the local culture.

While the coca is in the oven we’ll prepare a seasonal salad and a simple fresh fruit dessert.
We'll all sit down around the table and eat the meal we prepared together with local beer or wine to enjoy the food and each others company in the beautiful unique setting. We can talk about all the gorgeous seasonal produce available in Valencia, the great places to eat and drink here, the history of Valencian cuisine and anything else that takes our interest!
