• Learn 4 different nigiri techniques: Tate-Gaeshi, Kote-Gaeshi, Itte-Gaeshi, and Honte-Gaeshi.
(Taste and feel the subtle differences in each style.)
• Hands-on practice with sushi rice: find your ideal weight and shape.
• Try making nigiri step by step together with the instructor.
• Commemorative photos with your smartphone or camera.
• Finally, enjoy the sushi you made yourself.
