You are not allowed to bring in signs, symbols, banners, flags, documents, drawings, or any materials that represent political, ideological, sporting, or religious ideologies inside the Cathedral.

Guests are kindly asked to dress respectfully to visit the Historical Complex. This includes refraining from wearing bare-backed or low-cut clothing, shorts, miniskirts, and hats inside the Milan Duomo Cathedral.

Guests are kindly asked to to respect the sacredness of the prayer areas by maintaining silence and not disturbing others.

Please activate the silent mode on your mobile phones, speak softly, and if available, deposit suitcases, bags, large backpacks, and umbrellas in designated areas.

Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.

Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes.

Please be advised that it is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.

Please note that although infants are admitted free of charge, it is essential to include them in your reservation to ensure they receive their complimentary entrance ticket.

The Duomo di Milano may experience unforeseen closures due to liturgical celebrations. In such cases, your guides will provide explanations from outside the cathedral.

Please note that due to structural limitations, wheelchair access is not available for entry to the Milan Duomo with Terrace.
