  • Mt. Fuji 5th Station
    At 2400 metres above the sea level, the Fujinomiya 5th station is the highest of the 5th stations. It provides a very close look at the peak of the mount Fuji. During the period in which restriction is in place for private vehicles, we can't visit 5th station. Please inquire in advance if visiting 5th station is your priority
  • Oshino Hakkai
    Oshino Hakkai are the eight springs found in Oshino. The aquifer water from Mount Fuji comes out to the ground to form these springs. This village offers a great view to mount Fuji.
  • Lake Kawaguchiko
    This is the second biggest lake of the Fuji five lakes. You can take a speedboat or ropeway/Cable car up to the hill top to see the mount Fuji. Ideal place for lunch too.
  • Chureito Pagoda
    The five storied Chureito Pagoda is located on a hill in arakurayama Sengen park and can be reached via 398 steps. It provides a sensational view of Mount Fuji.
  • Oishi Park
    This park is on the north shore of lake Kawaguchiko with a superb view of the lake and mount Fuji at once.
  • Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nemba
    Beautiful scenery of old Japan, this village has traditional thatched-roof houses situated on the shore of the lake Saiko. Great view of Mount Fuji.
  • Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine
    The shrine is located amidst a dense old growth forest and is one of the 1300 asama shrines in Japan that enshrine the deity of volcanoes in general and mount Fuji in particular.
  • Saiko Bat Cave
    Lake Saiko Bat Cave is the largest of the several lava tubes that are near Lake Saiko, in the Aokigahara forest in the northern side of Mount Fuji, Japan. It is known as a cave where visitors can observe the bats which live there
  • Narusawa Ice Cave
    The Narusawa Ice Cave is a lava tube located in the Aokigahara forest, in the part that belongs to Narusawa Village, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. It is one of the three larger lava tubes at the northern foot of Mount Fuji, the other two caves being Fugaku Wind Cave and Lake Saiko Bat Cave
  • The forest has a historical reputation as a home to yūrei: ghosts of the dead in Japanese mythology. At least since the 1960s, Aokigahara has become associated with suicide, eventually becoming known in English by the nickname "Suicide Forest" and gaining a reputation as one of the world's most-used suicide sites.
