Take a guided tour through a family-run farm in Puglia, nestled in a historic 17th-century masseria. Here, every day, fresh dairy products and aged cheeses are made using milk from cows raised on the farm itself. The farm is completely self-sufficient, producing all its own feed and milk for cheese production.
Explore the scenic grounds, which include fields for growing forage, vineyards, olive trees, and charming trulli. Discover the traditional process of crafting dairy products, passed down through generations of the family.
At the end of the tour, enjoy a tasting of the farm's delicious cheeses and dairy products, a true reflection of Puglia’s rich agricultural heritage.
It is a short supply chain and therefore all phases of the production process, from the production of the milking to the production and packaging of the dairy products, take place in the company which has a restaurant for tasting and a shop for purchasing the company's products.
