01 茶道 (Sadou) Japanese Tea Ceremony & Sweets Making
Step into the serene world of rituals. Prepare matcha and create Wagashi (sweets) of seasonal shapes using traditional tools and ingredients.
02 箸 (Hashi) Carve Your Own Chopsticks
Design your own chopsticks with engraved initials — a mindful keepsake that’s both functional and heartfelt.
03 ラーメン (Ramen) Build Your Own Ramen
Make noodles, choose from two rich broths, then add toppings to create a custom flavorful bowl. Halal and vegan options available!
04 米飴 (Kome-ame) Handcraft Sugar-Free Rice Candy
End with a sweet tradition: making kome ame, beautiful rice candy crafted without sugar and used as a natural sweetener. Try making an ice cream from it!
This experience also helps support local artisans. After the recent Ishikawa earthquake, we’re donating a portion of proceeds to the Yokoi family — makers of kome ame for over 500 years.
