Abel Tasman National ParkAfter a short safety briefing it's off on a guided kayak tour with Kaiteriteri Kayaks. Paddle to the iconic Split Apple Rock, spotting native wildlife and soaking in the breathtaking coastal views. Midway, relax with a picnic lunch on one of the park’s secluded golden-sand beaches before returning to shore.

The first part of The Great Taste Trail ride climbs up through the Kaiteriteri Bike Park. Winding through forest, and with lovely views out to the bays, it is a decent climb before joining the rest of the trail which is much more sedate.

TasmanLeaving Kaiteriteri, Nelson | Tasman's Great Taste Trail awaits. Pass through Riwaka, Motueka, Lower Moutere, and Tasman. The panoramic views, picturesque stops, local cafes, and charming rural scenery make this trail a must-ride.
