Learn how to make paella and sangria from start to finish. We'll start by preparing authentic Spanish sangria, then we'll sample two tapas: Spanish omelet and ham toast with pantumaca. You'll finish by chopping ingredients and cooking the paella. When it's finished, you'll sit down in our air-conditioned dining room to enjoy our signature dish. We'll round things off with a tasting of three national liquors.
