Then, head to our kitchen inside a real local restaurant. Guided by a professional local chef and host, you’ll prepare authentic Alicante paella from scratch, including the traditional sofrito, while learning the techniques behind one of Spain’s most iconic dishes.
But paella is only part of the experience. Prepare traditional tapas and make your own homemade sangria. Wine, beer and soft drinks are also available. Choose your paella — seafood, meat, or vegetarian.
