As the United States' first and original haunted tour company with a long-standing reputation for quality research and world-class experiences, Ghost Tours of St. Augustine Inc. invites you to attend the only paranormal investigation in the ancient city to focus on its most haunted landmark! Explore the disturbing military history, macabre medical procedures, and the true Native American history and legends associated with the country's oldest stone masonry fort. This exterior-only tour of the longest extant building in the city also includes the frequently attacked defense outpost, the Santo Domingo Redoubt, as well as the famously haunted City Gates, and the terrifying Huguenot Cemetery.
This tour and investigation program includes the use of shared equipment, such as EMF meters, spirit boxes, and more, which they supply and demonstrate how to use. You are also welcome to bring any of your own equipment. Photos and recordings of this guided program are welcome and encouraged.

- Tours depart rain or shine- but rainchecks are available upon request.
- Tours have no operating minimum, so once booked you are confirmed.
- Paranormal equipment is provided for the duration of the tour- with a tutorial on how to use them.
- Parking fees are not included. Paid parking is available at the city street meters or behind our office at the Villa Zorayda Museum- 83 King Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
- Guide gratuities are not included but always appreciated and at the discretion of the guest.

Right across from the main entrance to Flagler College and adjacent to the Lightner Museum complex you will find our brick-and-mortar Tour St. Augustine Gift Shop and office where all tours check-in.

- Guests may learn about Henry Flagler- and his sordid and somewhat morbid history. (pass by)
- Our guests receive a short ghost tour en-route to the Castillo de San Marcos Fort. They will learn of our city's ghostly history, get a brief introduction to the paranormal investigative equipment and known spirits before we reach the Old Fort Grounds to start their investigation. (pass by)
