Together we will prepare a real Neapolitan pizza, revisited in a contemporary key. We will start from the preparation of the dough with your hands, and you will have fun with the drafting and cooking of the most famous dish in the world.

I will put all my experience as a pizza maker at your disposal, revealing a few little secrets.

You will then have a tasting of various types of round and fried pizza with locally grown and strictly seasonal products.

I will be happy to welcome you to my family villa, a refined, simple and traditional location, located in the center of Ischia. It will truly be a unique experience. But it doesn't end there.

At the end of the experience, I will leave you a real recipe book that will be really useful for you to enjoy and share this fantastic dish with friends or relatives.
