The Mob MuseumOur daily tour starts on the steps of the Mob Museum in Downtown Las Vegas. The Mob has dramatically shaped the city's history and in the pop culture lore of Las Vegas the Mob has had a starring role in movies, books and television. We step briefly into the lobby of the museum built as a 1930s courthouse and you'll learn from your guide about the history of the building, the museum and how the Mob uniquely shaped the city's history. Your tour guide was once the cultural planner for the city and worked on the early phases of the museum project and will share a number of personal stories about the project. Continuing on our walk through Downtown, you'll hear more stories related to the Mob and to specific casinos, and it is highly recommend that visitors go to the Mob Museum after our tour ends as it is one of the most unique museum experiences in Las Vegas.
