Sandia MountainsYour experience begins at 5:30 AM at El Verde Inn, where our team will greet you and provide restrooms, light snacks, and private ground transportation to the best available launch site chosen the morning of your flight based on current weather and wind conditions. Unlike our shared flights, this experience is completely private from start to finish: no strangers, no distractions — just you, your loved ones, and your pilot. Before takeoff, you’ll witness the mesmerizing inflation of your balloon and receive a safety orientation from a FAA-Certified Pilot. Once airborne, you’ll rise peacefully above the Rio Grande Valley, taking in sweeping views of Albuquerque’s high desert beauty — from the rugged Sandia Mountains to the soft curves of the river below. The sunrise bathes the landscape in golden light, making for unforgettable photos and moments.
