Your menu includes dishes such as traditional Irish beef stew cooked in Guinness with brown bread, Romanian beetroot soup with lovage and creme fraiche, and grilled sea bass on a bed of creamy mash and garlic spinach served with beer or wine. You will end your meal with a dessert like upside-down mixed berry cake and fresh cream.

This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Elena's local organic market, open on Saturdays, is a 10-minute drive from Elena's home. The market is located on the grounds of Skerries Mills - a unique collection of two windmills and a watermill with a mill pond, mill races and wetlands. On days when the local organic market is not open, Elena will offer a tour of the town and her favorite local shops. After your market tour, enjoy a private cooking class with the lovely couple in their home. Elena lives in a modern home on the shore of the Irish Sea in Skerries, a former fishing village. Her home has beautiful sea views and you are in for a treat if you are there in the evening. Enjoy a delicious Irish fusion homemade dinner as you take in a stunning sunset! Elena lives with her partner Patrick and their eight-year-old daughter, Nadia, who will join the experience on days they are available. Elena will serve you a healthy Irish-fusion meal that combines her Romanian heritage and international inspiration with local Irish recipes including Irish beef or lamb stew with Guinness and brown bread.
