During your 1-hour market tour, Autumn introduces you to her favorite vendors selling everything from blackberries and salmon to honey. With a basket in hand, pick up local and seasonal ingredients for your meal and hop on the light rail train. After 4 stops, make your way to Autumn's Capitol Hill home to begin your Seattle cooking class. You are also welcome to drive to Autumn's home in your car if you prefer.

Enjoy a refreshing drink before joining her in her small kitchen to create a fresh and seasonal Pacific Northwest meal. During your 1.5 hour hands-on Seattle cooking class, learn to sear fish or roast chicken, create a delicious salad and learn techniques involved in making a sauce that accompanies your main dish. After cooking, enjoy the meal you helped prepare with Autumn at her dining table (or outdoors on her patio, weather permitting) over lively conversation and wine. Your meal concludes with a homemade dessert.
