The booked time refers to the start of the food tasting with wine pairing at the Wine Cellar Fabullus (Via dell arco di San Calisto, 20), NOT the beginning of the cruise on the Tiber River.

You will not be entitled to a refund if you are a no-show or have a delay of more than 20 minutes compared to the booked time.

An adult must accompany children under 18th. Not suggested for vegans, diabetics and children under 7 years old.

Fabullus and the staff are not responsible for any reactions caused by allergies or intolerances to food and drinks if not communicated before the service.

If, as a result, your food wine tasting experience is canceled after the cancellation policy terms (24 Hours before the booked date), you will not be entitled to a refund.

In case of a no-show or a delay of more than 20 minutes, based on availability, it will be possible to rebook by paying a discounted price of 50%.

In the event of adverse weather or other events that prevent navigation on the Tiber River, a partial refund of the cruise ticket only, in the amount of 16 euros, will be considered.

The River Cruise Hop on Hop Off ticket is valid 24 hours from the first embarkation (Hop on, Hop Off). Cruises run every day between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

When booking, it is mandatory to communicate any allergies or intolerances to food and a correct Phone number valid in Italy. Failure to communicate does not guarantee the service.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
