Afterwards, we explore the charming streets of Olite, filled with noble houses, medieval churches, and remnants of Roman walls, perfect for stepping back in time.

Next, we head to Ujué, a picturesque medieval village perched atop a plateau. Before wandering its narrow cobbled streets and reaching the stunning Sanctuary-Fortress of Santa María, a national monument, we take a break to savor delicious ""migas de pastor"" accompanied by a drink.
