In this tour, you’ll visit one of the Japan's largest wooden sake brewery buildings the is no longer used for actual sake brewing and enjoy a pairing lunch featuring sake made there and seasonal ingredients from the Chita Peninsula.
This brewery has a rich history, operating for over 200 years until it closed about 20 years ago. In 2021, the ninth-generation successor revitalized it, and created a space for food, sake, and events.
Your experience will include a tour of areas that is not accessible to the public, a sake tasting experience, and a delightful pairing lunch, giving you a complete taste of the brewery's offerings.
