Before cooking, you will learn the basic methods of Japanese cooking and tips for bento making.
Then, we prepare the bento dishes based on the methods.
For main dishes, We cook Teriyaki chicken, and Japanese sweet rolled omelettes very easy way.
My bento cooking class is practical for daily bento life, so no character bento, however, we have some fun decorative cutting and garnishing to make bento presentable.
You will be creative to place the dishes in the bento box.
After taking photos of bento, let's eat bento together!
