Replica of Michelangelo's David: The square houses a replica of Michelangelo's famous statue, "David." Duomo - Cattedrale di Santa Maria del FioreVisit the exterior of: Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto's Bell Tower, and the Baptistery of St. John, three of the most iconic and architecturally significant landmarks in Florence. They are part of the city's historic center and are notable for their historical and artistic value. Dome: Brunelleschi's dome is a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture, being the largest brick dome ever constructed. It employs a double shell and a herringbone brick pattern to ensure stability. The bell tower was designed by Giotto di Bondone, though he only lived to see the lower levels constructed. Andrea Pisano and Francesco Talenti completed the tower after Giotto's death. The baptistery is renowned for its three sets of bronze doors.
